The UC PA Program utilizes a rolling admissions process to select matriculants for the next scheduled program start date. Applicants will typically be notified by email of the selection results within 1-2 weeks after the interview.

There are four (4) possible admission decisions:

  • Accept – Acceptance is conditional until all admissions and post-acceptance requirements have been satisfied.
  • Pending – The applicant is still being considered for a seat pending administration of a health sciences reasoning test at no cost to the applicant.
  • Waitlist – Waitlisted applicants will be considered for acceptance after every interview. Applicants will remain on the waitlist until the next program start date and can be offered a seat up to the first day of classes.
  • Denied – We encourage denied applicants to strengthen their application and reapply the following year.
