Living in UC Housing

Your residence hall is the center of your college experience.

Residence halls are great places to meet new people and form lifelong friendships.

A comfortable place to relax or study. A place to hang out with friends, do some serious gaming, talk strategy with your team, or just a spot to call your own. Your residence hall is the place to call home while you are here.

Residence Hall Overview

Undergraduate students can live in one of three residence halls. Students new to UC live in Brotherton Hall while other undergraduate students live in either Ratrie Hall or Middle Hall. Graduate students can live in East Apartments, a four-story apartment building attached to our on-campus parking garage. All Residence Halls offer an easy walk to class, a safe and secure living environment, and home-away-from-home amenities.
