    Certification Program

    APhA Pharmacist & Patient-Centered Diabetes Care Certification Course

    University of Charleston School of Pharmacy is offering APhA Pharmacist & Patient-Centered Diabetes Care Certification Course on March 4, 2017 in Room #202/205, School of Pharmacy, 2300 MacCorkle Ave SE, Charleston, WV 25304.     The live certification course is scheduled during 0800-1800 and will include a light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during breaks. The APhA code and directions to access self-study materials and to submit CE credits will be provided to each registrant upon completion of registration.
