University of Charleston School of Pharmacy is offering APhA Pharmacist & Patient-Centered Diabetes Care Certification Course on Saturday, October 27, 2018 in Room #202/205, School of Pharmacy, 2300 MacCorkle Ave SE, Charleston, WV 25304. The live certification course is scheduled for 8am-5:30pm and will include a light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during breaks. Check-in and continental breakfast begin at 7am. Please arrive by 7:30am for check-in. Access to self-study materials will be provided to each registrant upon completion of registration.
