The Frontline Leadership program is a 60 - credit hour Associate of Science degree designed to prepare professionals who carry out the day to day small group and team-leading function in any organization. Graduates develop a foundational level of the leadership skills and practices for supervising, coaching and mentoring, goal and priority setting, motivating, and planning and managing resources.
Frontline Leadership students will develop their critical thinking skills through a process of communication, creativity, and inquiry. Incorporating these skills through a lens of ethical practices empowering one’s regard to effective citizenship in personal and professional environments.
High School diploma with 2.5 GPA or GED; OR at least 12 credit hours of transfer credit from prior learning or college.
