The University of Charleston’s Organizational Leadership program is a degree completion program specifically designed for working adults. Entrance to the program requires students to have previously completed the equivalent of 40 semester credit hours.This structure allows a student to complete 48 semester hours in as little as 18 months.
Each 16 week semester is divided into 2 eight week session where students will take 2 courses per 8 weeks. This approach allows you to focus your energy and attention on only two courses (or less) at a time.
The courses are delivered in a convenient format combining online meetings, facilitated weekly discussions, team projects, and individual assignments.
Students learn from a dedicated faculty whose members share a wealth of professional experience, providing you with a unique perspective on the nature and dynamics of organizations.
