Jane H. Condee is the Assistant Director of Experiential Education at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy in Charleston, WV. She received her B.S. in Pharmacy from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy and has worked in a variety of practice settings during her pharmacy career, primarily hospital and infusion pharmacy. She has also worked as a consultant pharmacist in the long term care setting and briefly as a community pharmacist. Jane had 13 years experience as a hospital pharmacist before transferring into infusion pharmacy. She served as manager of two infusion companies prior to starting her own company in 2006. She was the owner of Mountain State Vital Care Infusion Services until 2011.
