Dr. Greenwood completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy through the Army-Baylor Doctor of Physical Therapy program and practiced as an active-duty Army Physical Therapy with a focus in orthopedics and sports medicine working with both athlete-soldiers and sports teams. After leaving the military, she worked in diverse settings to include pediatrics, occupational medicine, and geriatrics. After completing her PhD at Texas Woman’s University, she became a Certified Health Coach and Therapeutic Pain Specialist. Her ongoing research interests include pain science, mindfulness, and student wellness. She continues to see patients in her own practice. She is an associate professor and the assistant director of the Physical Therapy program.
