He graduated with his B.S. in Pharmacy from West Virginia University in 1995, and acquired his non-traditional Pharm.D. degree from West Virginia University, in 2003. Gannett has practiced as a hospital pharmacist at both Charleston Area Medical Center and Cabell Huntington Hospital, a home-infusion pharmacist with Coram Healthcare and Infusion Solutions, and as an academic pharmacist teaching at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy. Throughout his practice, his focus has always been on face to face interactions with patients to optimize their care.
