Eric Dierkes, PharmD, CTTS is an Assistant Professor at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy. He also currently services as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at Holzer Health System in Gallipolis, OH. Eric was born and raised in rural, southeast Ohio. He graduated from River high school in 2014 and went on to earn his PharmD degree from Ohio Northern University’s Raabe College of Pharmacy in 2020. He then stayed on to complete his PGY1 pharmacy practice residency with ONU HealthWise, serving the rural, underserved population of Ohio, where he enjoys practicing. Dr. Dierkes also serves as a clinical preceptor for fourth year pharmacy/medical students and pharmacy residents at Holzer Health System.
