I am a highly skilled and respected education and community leader, exhibiting excellence in qualitative research, online and on-ground instruction, and strategic planning and development across multiple environments. I am a practitioner and developer of R-Leadership, which allows for deeper development of a leadership lifestyle over compartmentalizing leadership as ‘just’ a theory or model. My research interests include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); culturally relevant leader pedagogy in education, business, and other organizational sectors; advancing equity for traditionally marginalized groups; and the intersection of diversity, space, and place.
