Program Overview

Enter the workforce with the skills you need to succeed. Our associate degree program provides the opportunity for you to gain and enhance your knowledge through real life work experiences, small group learning, and a flexible course design to help you advance your career. Through this program, you also earn three leadership certificates, enhancing your value in the workforce.

This online program provides you with the flexibility to work on your coursework at the times that are best for you, making it ideal for busy adults, transitioning military members, or anyone whose schedule doesn’t fit with specific course times. And it can be completed in less than two years.

We offer personalized career development support and an individual advisor to help you navigate the program successfully.

Applicants with no earned college credit and a 2.5 or higher high school GPA, or those with a 2.0 or higher cumulative college GPA are eligible for general admission to UC and can gain direct entry into this program. Students may apply online or download the admissions application.

Students may transfer credit from regionally accredited community colleges and postsecondary schools as well as earn additional credit for military training, certifications, and other training.
