Organizations from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits rely on data – and those who can interpret it. The UC Business Analytics degree program offers students a comprehensive education that equips them with the essential skills to navigate the data-driven landscape of today’s organizations. In addition to a broad-based business education, the program focuses on developing the analytical capabilities needed to solve complex real-world business problems. You will be able to analyze and communicate about operational information to help make data-based decisions in professional environments, including office, manufacturing, military, banking, advising, and other managerial professions.

Through a combination of coursework and practical applications, students gain proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, and predictive analytics. They learn how to extract meaningful insights from large datasets and transform them into actionable strategies and recommendations.

The skills acquired in the UC Business Analytics program are versatile and applicable across various professional environments. Note: Students receive a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Business Analytics.

Freshman applicants with a 2.5 or higher high school GPA and transfer students with a 2.0 or higher cumulative college GPA are eligible for general admission to UC, and will gain direct entry into this program. Students may apply online or download the admissions application.
