    About the MSSL

    The Master of Science of Strategic Leadership program at the University of Charleston is an accelerated cohort-based program focusing on strategy and leadership creating organizational growth. Students develop the skills to lead teams and organizations.




    What You Will Study

    The MSSL will help you gain the skills and knowledge to understand and address strategic themes and to learn how to develop sustainability in organizations. The program emphasizes real world leadership, and instruction is delivered through a combination of leadership theory and practice.

    The program format combines once-a-week class meetings, teams and teamwork projects and individual assignments.


    Admission Requirements

    To be considered as a candidate for the MSSL program, you must have completed a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for full admission.



    How Much Will it Cost Me?

    Tuition for the MSSL program is $425.00 per credit hour.
