Ratrie Hall houses upperclassman students and is one of two residence halls on campus where students who are 21 years of age have the privilege to consume alcohol in their residence hall room as long as their roommate and all visitors are 21 years of age.

This four-story, co-ed residence hall has elevator access and offers several types of housing accommodations such as double rooms, single rooms, and apartment-style living as well as:

  • In-house conference room used for student meetings and study groups
  • One lounge per floor with seating areas and television
  • Laundry facility on the first floor (cost for laundry is built into your housing fees)
  • FREE cable
  • FREE internet (cable and wireless)
  • Pool table in the main lounge on the first floor
  • Vending machines on the first floor
  • Private bathrooms
  • Alcohol allowed in rooms if students and all roommates are 21 years of age or older
  • Six Resident Assistants and One Resident Director
