The announcement comes as UC celebrates some of its highest on-campus enrollment in recent years, adding to the momentum surrounding the institution.
“Being recognized as the best college in West Virginia and the only private university in the top ten is a tremendous honor for our entire community. From our outstanding faculty, staff, and dedicated board to our engaged students, so many people contribute to making UC a place where students thrive academically, socially, and personally, UC President Marty Roth said.
We are also building a brand that is growing in both national and international recognition. As we begin an exciting year—with some of our highest on-campus numbers in recent memory and a wave of momentum amplified by this announcement—I’m confident we will continue to show just how much the University of Charleston can achieve.”
