MBA Speaker Series – Project Delivery Methods in Construction: How the WV Public Sector can Update Procurement Laws

The cost of building materials is 39.7% more than pre-pandemic costs, putting a significant burden on the public sector to afford new infrastructure projects. WV procurement laws can be updated to those of our surrounding states to curb those costs early in the design phase.
