Two Views Talks TikTok

Whether you’re an avid TikTok user or simply curious about the controversy surrounding it, UC’s next Two Views event offers valuable insights.

Former U.S. Senator Joe Manchin, III, and Pat Strader, owner of Digital Relativity, will take the stage to explore TikTok from two key angles: its potential security risks and its role as a powerful business and marketing tool.

This engaging discussion will provide a balanced look at the platform and help attendees navigate its opportunities and challenges in today’s digital landscape. C.J. Harvey, UC’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications, will moderate the discussion.

The discussion will run from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by a social networking hour catered by Olive Tree. The event is sponsored by Huntington Bank.

This event is part of the University of Charleston’s ongoing Inspiring Innovation Series, a collection of fireside chats followed by happy hour networking. A moderator will facilitate discussion with two experts who share different viewpoints on contemporary topics.
