UC Named as “Military Friendly” Designated School

The University of Charleston has been named a 2024 Gold Level Military Friendly Designated School by Victory Media for its “efforts in creating sustainable and meaningful education paths for the Military Community.

UC was also named a 2024 Military Friendly Spouse School.

Victory Media releases an annual list that honors the top colleges, universities, and trade schools in the country that are doing the most to embrace America’s military service members, veterans, and spouses as students and ensure their success on campus.

According to its website, www.militaryfriendly.com, “The Military Friendly Schools survey is the longest-running most comprehensive review of college and university investments in serving military and veteran students. Military Friendly is the standard that measures an organization’s commitment, effort and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefit for the military community.”
