Sergeant First Class Benjamin Padilla is a current student in our Organizational Leadership program and will graduate with Academic Distinction in April 2023. He was born and raised in La Mirada, CA., and spent 12 years at Ft. Lewis, Washington, and ten years with the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment as an 88M, Motor Transport Operator. He was hired by the White House Transportation Agency located at Ft. McNair, Washington, DC. As a Presidential Support Driver, he is currently tasked with providing worldwide support for all logistical movements made by the President of the United States of America and his staff. This position is a three-year special duty assignment.

He has been married to Mallory Padilla for eight years, and they have two children, Owen (6) and Josephine (3). Following his graduation from the OL program, SFC Padilla plans to continue his education with UC by enrolling in the Master of Strategic Leadership this Fall.
