University of Charleston Announces New Board Members

UC Names Five New Members, Two Returning Members

 

Charleston, WV – The University of Charleston announces the following new members of its Board of Trustees:

Nancy Bruns, CEO, JQ Dickinson Salt-Works

Eric Hicks, CEO, Right at Home

Marion Jones, CNRA, Clinical Faculty, CAMC

Phil Morabito, CEO, Pierpont Communications

Patrick O’Malley, Regional President, Truist

Josh Pray, Project Manager, PrayWorks

Dave Ramsey, CEO, CAMC Health System

Both Phil Morabito and Dave Ramsey are returning Board members, having served previously.

Former board member Bobby Blakley, previously the Regional President of Truist, has been replaced by Patrick O’Malley, current Regional President of Truist.

The Board of Trustees is the governing body of UC and is responsible for its educational mission and fiscal policies. Board members serve a term of three years, renewable twice by a vote of the Board.
