East Apartments

East Apartments offers:

• One bedroom/shared (1 person or married couple, 828 square feet)
• Four bedroom (4 people, 1,245 square feet)

 

Each apartment has the following:

• Fully furnished with a couch, two chairs, two end tables, television stand (will accommodate a flat-screen or regular style)
• Twin-sized bed with extra-long mattress (one-bedroom apartments have a queen-size bed)
• One closet in each bedroom (one-bedroom apartments have two closets)
• Large 1st Floor main lounge with TV and ping pong table
• Three-drawer dresser
• Laundry facilities on each floor (no cost to use) 2 on the 2nd , 3rd, and 4th floors
• Desk and desk chair
• Refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchen table with four chairs
• All utilities are included (electric, water, trash, sanitation, basic cable, internet (wired and wireless), and local telephone service
• East Apartments is one of two residence halls on campus where students, who are 21 years of age, have the privilege to consume alcohol in their residence hall room, if their roommate and all visitors are 21 years of age.

 

Note: Four-bedroom units have a walk-in closet, coat closet and two bathrooms

 

The building features:

• Two trash rooms on each floor
• Parking space inside the parking garage
• Several study lounges on each floor
• Multiple building entrances (entry by student ID access card only)

 
East Apartments has 6 Student Staff (RAs/CA) and a Professional Staff Hall Supervisor, who are available to assist residents with maintenance needs, lockouts, and check-in/check-out procedures.
