Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare
    and cook food for service
  • Maintain
    proper grill cooking temperatures
  • Ensure
    that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all
    times 
  • Manage food inventory
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Able to lift/transport 30lbs
  • Follow
    and adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
  • Encourage good customer relations through product
    promotion
  • Perform
    other duties required as needed

Requirements:

  • Culinary
    experience is a plus
  • Strong
    work ethic
  • Ability
    to lift 30 pounds
  • Ability
    to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional food presentations skills
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude
  • Excellent attendance
