Once you become a member of the Golden Eagle family, your next step is to attend a summer Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) event. Registration for SOAR 2024 is now open*. If you have questions about this event, please contact Lindsay Lanham (304-357-4745 or lindsaylanham@ucwv.edu) or your admissions representative. New freshman or transfer students are encouraged to participate in an in-person SOAR event at our Charleston campus. *Registration is limited to 3 people per student (including the student) for each SOAR session. Please make sure that all first and last names are included in your registration due to the individuals needing to use both their first and last name when they check in to the event.
