Program Overview
- Personal Coaching: Our certification program includes guidance from an expert practitioner utilizing the DMAIC problem solving methodology.
- Flexible: Candidates receive full access to the course content for a whole year, allowing them to set their own goals and their own pace.
- Accessible: Our videos feature expert practitioners and are designed to maximize learning efficiency, ranging between 5-15 minutes in length.
Certification Requirements
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification has four component parts:
Part 1: Complete the online Modules, Lessons and Quizzes
Part 2: Complete the Assigned Project Deliverables and Tollgate Reviews- presentations are delivered at WebEx sessions with the instructor
Part 3: Successfully pass the Lean Six Sigma Exam
Part 4: Complete Six Sigma Project
The registration fee $1,197.50 and is not refundable.
