Dr. Dallas Kratzer, Regional Education Coordinator for the leadership programs in the School of Business and Leadership, recently published an article in conjunction with the American Council on Education (ACE) for the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education on Recognition of learning across military and corporate settings: How ACE blends standard processes, disciplinary expertise, and context to ensure quality.

The article focuses on how college-level credit recommendations by ACE on military and workplace learning can help adult learners in their journey to degree completion.  In the article, UC’s cybersecurity degree is recognized as a success story for recognizing credit for prior learning (CPL) toward a degree.
