We are delighted that you are interested in visiting our beautiful campus.  I am pleased to inform you that there is no better time to visit than now.  Within the past year, the University completed the Robert C. Byrd Center for Pharmacy Education in August 2006, added 100 new beds in Middle Hall in August, renovated the Campus Dining Hall, developed Triana Field, and completed the new Morrison Fitness Center in January 2007.

The University of Charleston is located on the banks of the Kanawha River, directly across from the State Capitol building, which creates a beautiful view. We are easily accessible from all directions by multiple venues of transportation. There are three interstates that meet in Charleston, along with Yeager Airport, a Greyhound bus terminal, and an Amtrak station, all of which are less than 10 minutes away from campus. As you read on you will notice that we have provided you with some helpful information to assist you in planning your visit to the University of Charleston.
