    What You’ll Learn

To advance your career, our program places specific emphasis on recognizing and adapting to change, problem solving, analyzing possible solutions and initiating proper guidelines to prevent recurrence. You’ll learn creative thinking and the importance of group interaction in problem-solving, and develop the ability to produce efficient and clear business writing, and to speak confidently and clearly in presentations.

Because the eight modules of our program are heavily geared to team participation, you’ll be in a supportive professional group, with the potential to develop lifelong professional relationships.

You will also have the opportunity to gain real world experience, by participating on a team to analyze and make recommendations for a West Virginia business.

During the International Business & Trade module, you’ll participate in an international practicum lasting about ten days, during which you have opportunities to personally observe the business practices of a particular region of the world. Recent destinations have included China, Ireland, Panama, and Brazil.
