Parking

Our Charleston campus is a busy place, with students, faculty, and staff working on campus, visitors conducting business here, or those attending an event or visiting our campus. Here are the guidelines for parking while at UC:

To accommodate parking for everyone, UC has designated areas for visitors, students, and employees.

If you are visiting us for a campus tour, meeting with our Admissions staff, or visiting for another reason, follow the signs from the campus entrance to the Visitor Parking Lot. This lot can be used from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is a two-hour parking limit on this lot during the day. If you need to be on campus for a more extended period, please go to the security office on the first floor of the Geary Student Union to obtain an extended temporary pass.

For events after 5 p.m, you are welcome to use other ground-level parking lots.

Students, faculty, and staff are required to register their vehicles.
