UC-CHARLESTON CLASSES START THURSDAY
The University of Charleston has been given permission to begin flushing all of its water lines in preparation for returning to normal operations. Therefore, UC will resume normal operations in Charleston effective as of 8 a.m., on Thursday, January 16, 2014.
Students may move into the residence halls as of 5 p.m., on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Additional information about arrangements will be forthcoming.
All of us at UC are excited that you will be joining our community this spring and are looking forward to meeting you at Orientation. January’s orientation is smaller than the August orientation, but is just as important. The majority of incoming students in January are students transferring in from other universities. Many of these students have been through orientations before, and that is why we try and focus on helping you learn more about UC and letting you meet with some familiar faces before the semester begins.
Before you Arrive
We have attached a checklist of items to bring, or complete before you come to campus.
