SHARI REED, Head coach

Reed’s career record as the UC women’s tennis coach is 131-41 through the 2006 fall season. 

Her teams have made four NCAA Regional appearances

Under Reed’s guidance, UC has been honored four times as Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic teams. 

In her ten years at Charleston, three UC players have been named WVIAC Player of the Year.

Reed has been named WVIAC Coach of the Year twice, in 2000 and 2005.  

In 2006, Reed surpassed Larry Cochran (119 wins) as UC’s all-time leader in wins in women's tennis.

In addition, Reed once led the UC men to two WVIAC titles with an overall record of 63-20.
