COACH WINN’S COMMENTS:
“Derek’s contributions have increased from year to year. He has become more comfortable in teaching skills as well as sharing coaching insight with the staff. His knowledge about the inside game has helped us increase our post defense and rebounding positioning. He offers positive feedback for the players as well as constructive criticism. His coach-player relationship skills are excellent.”
