Todd Baxter joins the Golden Eagles staff for his first season in 2004.  Although new to UC Basketball, Baxter brings a vast array of coaching experience to the program.  The Weirton, WV native has coached at a variety of levels as a head and assistant coach, including middle school, high school, and college. 

Baxter began his career coaching middle school and high school basketball in Huntington, WV.  He continued as an administrative assistant for Greg White at Marshall University for two years.  He then assumed his first collegiate coaching position as an assistant coach at Mercyhurst College.  After two seasons at Mercyhurst, Baxter accepted the head coaching position at Westfall High School in Columbus, OH.  He remained in Columbus for one season before accepting Greg White's offer to be an assistant coach at UC. 

Baxter earned an undergraduate degree in health and physical education and a master's degree in athletic administration from Marshall University.
