Freshman students may only get the 19 and 14 meal plans.  Other plans are restricted depending on living environment.

The University of Charleston reserves the right to alter charges and fees.  Final cost structure is solely determined by the University of Charleston.

Note:

  • Finance charges will accrue on unpaid balances over 30 days old.
  • Unpaid balances may be turned over for collection. If so, then all applicable collection costs and legal fees will be added to the the student's balance.
  • You will be charged for any damage to University property through misuse.
  • You must also pay for any test required by the University for graduation and any test required by the State Board of Education for teacher certification.
