The University of Charleston School of Business invites applications and nominations for the position of Director of Student Services.

The Director will be responsible for recruitment and admissions of students to the graduate programs in business and will serve as a key interface between the School of Business and the University’s Admission’s Office, Registrar, Academic Support Services, and Athletic Department. Qualified individuals should have recruitment, admissions, or marketing experience and a Master’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. All candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and group communication skills, demonstrated leadership ability, a desire to create a culture of academic success, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The Graduate School of Business is located in downtown Charleston in the heart of the Capital business district. The focus of our curriculum is on learning by doing. In addition to the strong experiential component of the curriculum, the primary pedagogical approach is problem-based learning. This innovative program offers traditional undergraduate students the opportunity to enter graduate school upon the successful completion of their sophomore year and to complete the Master of Business Administration and Leadership (MBAL) degree over the next three academic years
