• Brotherton Hall

    This four story co-ed residence hall has elevator access and offers double room housing accommodations. Brotherton Hall houses new students in a Living Learning Community. The Living Learning Community allows students to live in the same area of the residence halls as their classmates in their University 101 class.

    Double Occupancy Room $2,500/semester

    • In-house conference room used for student meetings and study groups
    • Seven lounge areas/study rooms, two on each floor and one on the first floor

    • Laundry facility on the first floor (cost is built into housing fees)
