This application becomes the property of the University of Charleston and you are urged to make a copy of this application, and all other material submitted, prior to returning this application to:

If you return your application by mail, you may wish to send it return receipt requested to insure we have your application.  If you deliver it in person, please give it to Mary Wells in RH 400. We will respond to your application with a letter of decision within no more than 45 working days from the date we have your complete application on file.
