UC School of Business & Leadership Approved for ACBSP Candidacy Status
The Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP) has approved UC’s application for candidacy status for its School of Business & Leadership programs.
The university now enters candidacy stage.
“Over the past few years our school has adopted many of ACBSP’s standards for quality, rigor, and assessment,” said Dr. Scott Bellamy, Dean of the UC School of Business & Leadership. “Our expectation is to complete the candidacy stage with a site visit and full accreditation by ACBSP within two years.”
UC was first being approved for ACBSP membership in 2017.
ACBSP is a leading global accreditation body for business, accounting, and business-related programs at the associate, baccalaureate, master, and doctorate degree levels worldwide and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
