South Charleston   The former union carbide office tower known as building eighty-two will be imploded on March 28.

The demolition was postponed due to concerns about a fiber optic cable buried near the building.

A time for the actual implosion has not been set, but it is expected to be sometime between six and ten in the morning.

The University of Charleston is asking $3.5 Million for the property.
