This form is to be completed for any UC student, faculty or staff person, wishing to post an announcement to the campus on Campus Cruiser. This form must be completed and approved by the Office of Student Life.  All announcements should be consistent with the university standards and policies as well as the mission/purpose of your event.  NO IMAGES/PICTURES will be accepted.
